Job Summary

Drives data-based decisions by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competition to deliver actionable insights and support strategic and tactical plans. Collaborates with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure business alignment, manage customer feedback programs, and contribute to forecasting and operational model deployment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Integrates market share and sell-out data to deliver comprehensive insights into market dynamics and leads targeted deep dives into specific segments, regions, or product categories.
• Conducts regular analyses of key competitors’ performance, collaborates with local teams to identify top market players, and compiles annual insights reports highlighting competitive positioning and market trends.
• Supports sales leaders with monthly updates in commercial excellence tools, assesses sell-out data availability, and delivers regular sell-in/sell-out analyses for key product categories based on insights from professional customer groups.
• Manages and executes the quarterly Customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS) cycle, ensuring consistent feedback collection, analysis, and reporting to support customer-centric decision-making.
• Contributes to strategic planning and forecasting by providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and cross-functional alignment to support informed decision-making.
• Acts as the intelligence partner for sales, marketing, product, and commercial excellence teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with global tools, processes, and standards in marketing intelligence.

Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field focused on data analysis and market research.
• 3-5 years in marketing intelligence, market research, or competitive analysis with skills in data integration, market analysis, teamwork, using public financial data, internal tools, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with customer feedback programs and turning insights into actions.
• Preferred but not required: professional certification in market research or data analytics, such as Certified Market Research Analyst; no specific licenses needed.
