Business & Product Manager, PWM Investment Platform

Your role

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the approval of new investment products for PWM Asia by the Asia Product Validation Committee.


• New investment products implementation and roll-out for PWM clients in Asia in coordination with all relevant business and control and corporate functions.


• Perform updates and revisions of contractual and other products and mandates related documents in collaboration with Legal departments in Hong Kong and Singapore.


• Perform daily operations related to investment mandates: onboarding process, constraints review and monitoring.


• Coordinate the Asia Customization Review Forum to ensure any mandate customization align with investment guidelines while identifying opportunities to optimize and scale operations for all mandates which are management by investment teams based in Asia.


• Collaborate with the investment teams to provide assistance to front teams on investment product availability and operations.  


• Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to investment products.


• Support the preparation of the local regulatory reports related to investment products.


• Participate actively in the monthly run-the-bank meeting to represent the investment platform.


• Participate actively in the Operational Committee.


• Be the local topic owner for investment platform regulatory matters and Regulators interactions.

Your profile

• 7 to 10 years of working experience in business and/or product management in wealth management or asset management


• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail


• A strong team player with excellent communication skills


• An ability to synthesize and present information clearly


• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese


• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. Good understanding in VBA, Tableau, and Bloomberg applications will be a plus.


• Solid knowledge and/or experience in Dealing in Securities, Advising on Securities and Asset Management (or equivalent licences)
