Business Compliance Assistant (7-month contract)

Your role

• Perform name screening/transaction monitoring against applicable policies and standards.


• Perform daily review on automated name screening/transaction monitoring alerts.


• Contribute to audits or inspections that covers AML activities.


• Support the Client Business Compliance - AML team in embedding robust risk awareness throughout Hong Kong Branch.


• Perform any required remedial efforts identified from risk assessment or audit findings.


• Prepare metrics relating to the Client Business Compliance activity.


• Maintain key internal relationships to foster a positive compliance culture through communications, trainings and to provide colleagues with timely and pragmatic advice on day-to-day issues.


• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team.


• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Your profile

• At least one year of relevant experience in banking/finance/audit


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Accounting


• Proficiency in English and Chinese


• Organized and attentive to details


• Self-motivated


• IT skills and relevant software proficiency
