What You Will Do
- Expand client base through strategic networking and leveraging platform capabilities to meet growing digitalisation demands in wealth management
- Build and nurture profitable long-term relationships with wealth management clients, professionals and key industry entities
- Act as a trusted advisor by monitoring client affairs, identifying opportunities during discovery conversations, and providing tailored solutions
- Establish strategic product distribution partnerships while developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Manage sales pipeline efficiently, tracking revenue performance against targets and reporting progress regularly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data and Tech teams to optimize client journey and satisfaction
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in wealth management for HNW clients and family offices; established network in Singapore/Hong Kong/ China preferred
- Strong track record in business development with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients
- Self-motivated professional with excellent time management skills and consistent follow-through capability; persistent in client outreach and relationship nurturing
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and wealth management solutions, with ability to tailor offerings to specific client needs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; sales-oriented and results-driven with proven ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in English required; Chinese language skills (written and spoken) highly advantageous
