Key Responsibilities
â¢Lead a small sales team to achieve optimum channel coverage and to generate business opportunities
â¢Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets
â¢Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
â¢Understand market trends, competitor activity and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
â¢Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
â¢Work closely with different departments to deliver client projects
â¢Build partnerships with different corporates/groups/property developers
Requirements
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
â¢Higher Diploma or Degree holder
â¢At least 10 years of business development experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory role
â¢Experience in sizable retail chain is preferred
â¢Familiar with retail industry (Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle) in Hong Kong market
â¢Proficiency in Excel to analyze market data
â¢Self - motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
â¢Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
â¢Result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive and creative
â¢Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
