Cargo Account Executive

Position: Cargo Account Executive (Japanese Speaker) , 7/24 on call 

Job Responsibilities

• Build a list of potential customers by researching databases, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press.
• Pro-actively target leads through outbound sales calls, emails, and both face-to-face and virtual visits to convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft solutions.
• Manage the full charter booking process from initial enquiry to completion, including presenting bespoke quotes.
• Handle inbound requests for urgent charters on a 24/7 basis, as this is a standard norm within the industry.
• Oversee flight departures and conduct "flight watching," which often involves working during unsociable hours.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and consistently meet financial sales targets.
• Demonstrate an expert understanding of aircraft types and the chartering process to provide professional advice.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English and native in Japanese.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in aviation, logistics, or international trade , especially in the Japanese markets is preferred , though fresh graduates in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, Japanese Studiesin can be considered.
• Proven experience in both cold calling and face-to-face sales; the role requires both office-based work and going out for client visits.
• Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to the 24/7 demands of the charter industry.
• Passionate about aviation and comfortable working toward goals in a competitive environment.
• Strong commercial acumen to present quotes and manage billing effectively.

職種：カーゴ・アカウント・エグゼクティブ（日本語ネイティブ）24時間365日オンコール対応

職務内容

• データベース、ウェブサイト、LinkedIn、業界紙などを調査し、潜在顧客リストを作成する。
• アウトバウンドのセールス電話、メール、対面およびオンラインでの商談を通じてリードへ積極的にアプローチし、成約につなげる。
• 幅広い航空機ソリューションを確保するため、カーゴ・オペレーターとの関係を構築・維持する。
• 初回の問い合わせから完了まで、カスタマイズされた見積もりの提示を含むチャーター便予約プロセス全体を管理する。
• 業界の標準的な慣習として、24時間年中無休体制で至急のチャーター依頼に対応する。
• フライトの出発を監視し「フライト・ウォッチング」を行う（不規則な時間帯の勤務を含む）。
• 顧客と強固な関係を維持し、リピート利用の確保と売上目標を継続的に達成する。
• 航空機の機種やチャータープロセスに関する専門的な知識を習得し、プロフェッショナルなアドバイスを提供する。

応募要件

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（英語に堪能であり、日本語がネイティブレベルであること）。
• 航空、物流、または国際貿易業界での1〜2年の経験（特に日本市場の経験者優遇）。ただし、ビジネス、物流、航空管理、日本研究などの学部を卒業した新卒者も検討可。
• テレアポ（コールドコール）および対面営業の両方で実績があること。内勤と外回り（顧客訪問）の両方が求められる。
• 自律的に業務を遂行でき、チャーター業界特有の24時間体制の要求に強くコミットできること。
• 航空業界に対して情熱があり、競争の激しい環境で目標達成に向けて取り組めること。
• 見積提示や請求管理を効果的に行うための、高いビジネス・センス（商機への洞察力）。

• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30
• Basic salary: HKD 25,500 + 10% commission on billing invoice margin
