Case Manager/ HNW Operation AM (Relocation to North America)

The Company

My client, MNC Life Insurer, is looking for a Cantonese/ Mandarin speaking Case Management/ HNW Operation Assistant Manager. They will sponsor your VISA and provide relocation support.

The Role

• Serve as the point of contact for HNW customers, providing guidance and tailored support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Follow up with clients to establish relationships and address their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless case handling and service delivery.
• Act as the professional first point of contact for clients and customers.
• Answer, screen, and direct inbound calls and correspondence.
• Manage office administration, including mail handling and documentation.
• Partner with the HNW Business Development team to support strategic business initiatives and operations.
• Manage the end-to-end sales and servicing activities for offshore cases, including client engagement, case follow-through, documentation, customer servicing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations, quality service standards and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in client servicing, case management, or business support within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related fields; a strong understanding of HNW insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• A customer-centric mindset, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
