CFO (IPO)

The Company

Our client is looking for a CFO to join the team.

The Role

• Lead the group's finance, including accounting, consolidation, management reporting, and financial controls. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including financial due diligence, prospectus preparation, and coordination with investment banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
• Establish robust governance and reporting structures to meet public company standards.
• Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Optimize capital structure and manage liquidity to support growth initiatives.
• Drive fundraising efforts, including pre-IPO financing and post-listing capital strategies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• CPA qualified
• Within 16 years of total work experience in finance
• With Big4 audit background is preferred
• Proven track record in IPO execution, capital markets, and investor relations.
• Relevant industry background is a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Proactive, driven, able to cope with changes and multi-task
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
