Our client is a high-growth, HKMA-licensed FinTech Company backed by major industry icons. As they pivot from transactional banking to a comprehensive wealth-first model, they are seeking a visionary Chief Wealth Officer to architect this evolution.

This is not a "maintenance" role. As the Chief Wealth Officer, the mandate to build a market-leading digital wealth proposition. You will lead the strategy for mutual funds, insurance, and retail investment solutions, ensuring that every product is delivered through a seamless, customer-centric digital experience.

Key Mandates:

1. Commercial Leadership: Full ownership of the Wealth P&L. You will drive aggressive revenue growth and customer acquisition, turning the bank into the primary investment hub for its users.
2. Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute the multi-year wealth strategy, identifying "blue ocean" opportunities in the HK retail and mass-affluent markets.
3. Ecosystem Synergy: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Risk leads to integrate wealth solutions into the bank’s broader daily ecosystem (payments, lending, and deposits).
4. Innovation & Experience: Move beyond standard "brokerage" models. You will spearhead the delivery of AI-driven, hyper-personalized advisory tools that make sophisticated investing accessible to all.
5. Governance & Trust: Build a high-performing team that views compliance and regulatory standards (SFC/HKMA) not as a hurdle, but as a competitive advantage in building customer trust.

Our client is looking for a commercial-minded wealth management professional who thrives in a fast-moving, digital-first environment. You will likely be coming from a leading Retail Bank, Private Bank, or an advanced WealthTech platform and possess the following:

1. Expertise: Extensive experience in Wealth Management or Retail Investment, with a deep understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory landscape.
2. Licensing: Preference will be given to candidates currently or previously licensed for SFC Type 1, 2, and 4 regulated activities.
3. The "Digital" Edge: You understand how technology changes customer behavior. You are comfortable working alongside engineers and data scientists to build scalable products.
4. Growth Mindset: You have a proven track record of scaling businesses and are hungry to disrupt a multi-billion dollar traditional wealth industry.
