About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Global Bank, currently they are hiring a Client Services Analyst to join their Privat Banking division in handling account opening and system enhancement duties.

Candidate with data analysis exposure would be a plus.

Job Description

Process client requests for account opening, servicing, and closure accurately and within service deadlines.
Update systems correctly and in a timely manner.
Support the manager to ensure daily operations are completed on time.
Report any issues or exceptions to management promptly.
Take part in projects, including gathering requirements, testing systems, and helping to train team members.
Assist with improving processes through simplification, automation, and system changes.
Share good practices and ideas to improve team efficiency.
Prepare management reports when required.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience in customer service, account opening/closure, and/or CRS and FATCA.
Good written and spoken Chinese and English.
Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Excel and project or data analysis experience are an advantage.
