Within Asia, the team is building out coverage across the region, and partners closely across client services and capital development to support relationship management, market intelligence, and regional business planning.
What You'll Do
Manage inbound requests and opportunities from capital introduction teams, ensuring information is accurate, current, and properly recorded while identifying priority investors for outreach and engagement
Gather peer and market intelligence and turn it into clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders. Track capital introduction events, meetings, and relevant offerings across the market
Maintain data, including meeting notes, pipelines, and contact records, while helping improve workflow efficiency and data quality and own CRM and pipeline data quality for the region
Support investor outreach across the region — drafting, follow-ups, meeting preparation and briefing materials for senior coverage
Support client services requests, including subscription documents, transfers, and other ad hoc investor-related needs
Host operational due diligence calls and help ensure a professional, well-organized investor experience
Contribute to project-based work such as RFP coordination, competitor analysis, and other strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain country-level business plans and provide in-office support to colleagues traveling across the region

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Discretion in handling confidential investor information
