Our client is a leading US-headquartered international law firm with a well-established Hong Kong office, recognised for its market-leading commercial litigation and contentious regulatory practice. The team advises financial institutions, PRC state-owned enterprises, major international corporations, listed companies, and high-net-worth individuals on complex disputes, and is highly regarded for its work on regulatory investigations before agencies such as the Securities and Futures Commission, the Commercial Crime Bureau, and the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

ABOUT 

Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support a senior counsel on a broad range of contentious matters. Responsibilities will include assisting with case management and preparation for trial and arbitration, conducting legal research, managing document review and disclosure exercises, liaising with counsel, experts and regulators, preparing bundles and court filings, and providing general litigation support across contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, internet fraud matters and regulatory investigations.

YOU 

The successful candidate will have approximately 1 to 7 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience gained at a top-tier international law firm, a Magic Circle firm, a US AmLaw 100 firm, or another leading global practice. Fluency in both Cantonese and English is essential, with Mandarin considered an advantage. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a demanding, fast-paced caseload are essential for this role. Compensation will be commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate.
