The firm is known for its disciplined investment governance, robust compliance culture, and long-term partnership approach with portfolio companies. With a growing presence across key Asian financial hubs, the firm is scaling its middle-office and governance functions to support continued fund expansion.

Job Description

Assist in maintaining internal compliance policies, regulatory registers, and periodic filings across SFC and cross-border regulatory regimes
Support AML/KYC reviews for investors, counterparties, and transactions
Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including personal account dealing checks, training logs, marketing material review, and record-keeping
Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on routine enquiries
Support fund licensing, compliance reporting, and internal audit reviews
Maintain internal systems, documentation, and operational trackers
Provide cross-functional support across finance, investment teams, and portfolio monitoring

The Successful Applicant

4+ years of experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking, or related financial institutions
Solid understanding of fund operations, regulatory requirements, or compliance frameworks
Experience with SFC-related compliance preferred (Type 1/4/9 environment advantageous)
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability team
Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
