Work you'll do

• Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption


• Design, implement, and manage IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions using industry best solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, Dynatrace)


• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT and business operations needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimized solutions.


• Lead or contribute to the end-to-end delivery of ITOM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support.


• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for IT infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure optimal performance and availability.


• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable clients to adopt and leverage ITOM solutions effectively.


• Provide high-level technical and business insights, including ongoing reporting and optimization recommendations.


• Stay updated on ITOM and industry trends, ensuring solutions remain cutting-edge and scalable.


• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years for Consultant/ 5 years for Manager of client-facing experience in IT Operations Management.


• Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM/Dynatrace including solution design, implementation, and support.


• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.


• Experience and Understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud), DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines), and monitoring concepts like metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.


• Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


• Good client management experience, and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel


• Familiarity with tools (e.g., Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Elastic, Splunk etc) would be a plus


• Knowledge on ITSM would also be a plus
