Corporate Finance / Strategy Director (1.2m Base + Bonus)

The Company

Our client is a Hong Kong diversified conglomerate with established operations across property, financial services, healthcare, and commercial management. The Group has a strong footprint in Greater China, supported by a portfolio of income-generating and growth-oriented businesses.

The Role

• Lead and execute M&A transactions, including origination, evaluation, structuring and execution
• Develop and drive Group-wide long-term strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimisation and capital allocation
• Identify and realise synergies across business units, enhancing operational efficiency and cross-platform value creation
• Manage and strengthen relationships with external partners, JV stakeholders, and investment counterparties
• Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and joint ventures across multiple sectors
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes with internal and external advisors
• Provide strategic insight to senior management on market opportunities, investment themes, and competitive positioning

Your Profile

• 10-15 years of experience across:
• Investment banking / private equity / corporate finance (front office), AND
• In-house corporate development / corporate finance / strategy
• Proven track record in executing M&A transactions and complex strategic projects
• Strong experience in deal structuring, valuation, and stakeholder management
• Exposure to multi-business or conglomerate environments is advantageous
• Excellent ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate joint venture structures
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) preferred
