Job Description - Customer Service Manager, SME

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conduct transaction screening and perform account reviews for existing business clients.

  • Liaise with customers to obtain updated information

  • Handle customer service enquiries and account maintenance requests.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements throughout operational workflows.

  • Interface with relevant units and business teams on compliance reviews, investigations, and other ad-hoc projects.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A university degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline. Candidates possessing lower formal qualifications but with relevant experience may also be considered.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CDD, operations, or customer service within business banking.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with a solid team spirit.

  • Ability to analyze client information and documentation to support name screening and review processes.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
