Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Your contribution at AIG

  • Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email

  • Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients

  • Taking orders and providing after sales service

  • Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services

  • No shifting is required and 5 days’ work week

What we are looking for

  • Good communication and written skills in English, Cantonese;

  • Good in Microsoft Office preferred, PC literate and able to type fast.  

  • Good team player with positive attitude and modesty, good time management and organization skills

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to take on can-do attitude

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient

  • Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills

  • Form 5 standard, 1 year relevant work experiences in Front desk/Admin or Contact Center would be an advantage
