Job Description - Customer Service Officer, SME Banking

Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.


Responsibilities:
  • To manage DBS IDEAL service platform:

    New IDEAL Registration: Assisting customers in the registration process for IDEAL services.
    IDEAL Maintenance: Handling requests for changes in users, mobile numbers, and email addresses associated with IDEAL accounts.
    Unlock IDEAL Service: Resolving issues related to locked IDEAL services and providing necessary guidance.
    Guiding Customers in Using IDEAL Functions: Assisting customers in understanding and utilizing various IDEAL transaction functions.
  • Service customers in SMEC: Answering customer inquiries related to accounts, loan products, or investment issues.
  • Account Opening Documents: Assisting customers to sign and verify all account opening documents.
  • Processing Account Changes and Applications: Assisting customers to sign change of signatories, change of address, and apply for an ATM card, etc.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with major in Business related discipline is preferred
  • Strong to communicate with customers and internal departments
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
