Job Description - Customer Services Officer - Financial Services Firm

About Our Client

A highly established financial services organisation is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join its corporate communications team. This role acts as a key contact point between the organisation and the public, handling enquiries with professionalism, accuracy and care.

You will be part of a small and supportive team responsible for managing inbound enquiries and supporting external engagement activities.

Job Description

Handle public enquiries via hotline, shared mailbox and written correspondence
Respond to general enquiries in line with defined guidelines and procedures
Manage and monitor enquiry cases to ensure timely follow-up
Liaise with internal teams to obtain accurate information for enquiry responses
Provide support to event team for engagement activities when is required

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years' relevant experience in customer service, public enquiries, corporate communications or hotline roles
Experience in financial services, insurance, banking or regulated environments is an advantage
Candidates without financial services background are welcome if they have strong enquiry / hotline exposure
Good communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
