The Opportunity

We are looking for a Delta-1 Trader to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will help drive

profitability and grow the trading book while collaborating closely with quants and developers to innovate strategies and processes. This position suits a proven performer who thrives in a fast-paced and meritocratic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support senior traders on day-to-day management of the firm’s Delta-1 trading book, execute trades and manage risk of trading positions across global venues.
2. Collaborate with our quants and developers to design and implement new trading strategies and infrastructure.
3. Research, implement, and execute new strategies that drive profitability and growth of the trading book.
4. Monitor market conditions, macro events, liquidity, and patterns; make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure while contributing to team-wide performance.
5. Share relevant market and flow commentaries with internal teams on daily basis.
6. Take ownership to advance personal, desk, and firm-level strategies.

Requirements:

1. 1-10 years of experience trading financial products, including ETFs, futures and swaps with proven track record; experience at top-tier financial institutions preferred.
2. Entrepreneurial mindset with a healthy and disciplined risk appetite, competitive drive, fast decision-making, and high personal ownership.
3. Strong communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and passion for markets and continuous improvement.
4. Experience working collaboratively with quants and developers; programming/scripting skills (Python, R, or similar) are highly desirable for data analysis and strategy prototyping.
5. Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top university in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related area.
