We are looking for a Demi Chef based at The Aberdeen Marina Club! 

As a Demi Chef, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for food preparation, including measuring, seasoning and chopping ingredients, etc.


• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage


• Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers' expectations and company standard


• 負責預備食物材料，包括醬汁、切碎配料等


• 控制食物及物資存貨，確保足夠每天用量需求


• 確保食物出品維持高標準及滿足客人期望

We are looking for someone who has:

• Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council


• Minimum 3 year relevant experience in related professions


• Good command of English and Cantonese


• Good team player and able to work under pressure


• 持有中五學歷或西式廚藝證書


• 最少3年相關工作經驗


• 良好英語及廣東話


• 良好的團隊合作精神及能夠在壓力下工作
