Job Description - Deputy Business Manager (Mandarin Speakers welcomed)

Stable Working Environment | Chinese Insurance Company | GI Business Manager

Your new company

Your new company is a well-established Chinese insurer who offers a broad range of personal and commercial insurance solutions, with its stability, strong financial foundation, and customer-focused approach. It is now looking for a Business Manager to join their team.

Your new role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
  • Assist in developing tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate with insurers on quotations, underwriting, and policy placement
  • Oversee policy administration, renewals, and claims servicing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines


What you'll need to succeed

  • University Degree holder or equivalent

  • Holder of IIQAS / ACII / ANZIIF designations or other related professional/insurance status is preferred

  • 10 years above working experience in general insurance sector
    Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Mandarin Speakers are welcomed
