Digital Asset Strategy and Taskforce Lead

Responsibilities

• Support TTF governance forums, executive steering routines, and cross-bank working groups by preparing materials, tracking decisions, and coordinating follow-ups
• Maintain the central book of work for digital asset and tokenization initiatives, ensuring updates, dependencies, milestones, and risks are captured consistently.
• Apply the agreed prioritization framework to support sequencing of initiatives, balancing opportunity, regulatory urgency, risk, and technology capacity
• Coordinate demand, capacity inputs, and investment-related information across business and enabler teams for review by senior stakeholders
• Work with business units and enabler functions to promote consistency in strategy execution, standards adoption, and delivery reporting
• Prepare HKMC and senior management updates, including storyline development, key messages, and supporting analysis for review
• Track cross-bank interdependencies, escalate execution risks, and help align messaging across stakeholder groups
• Provide support to the team on policy, regulatory, whitepaper, and external engagement workstreams as required
• Drive strategic alignment across various initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the digital assets space

Requirements

• 10 –15 years' experience in financial services, enterprise strategy, digital assets, transformation, or programme governance
• Strong ability to structure complex topics, prepare executive-ready materials, and manage stakeholders across a matrix environment
• Practical experience in strategy execution, planning, governance routines, regulatory programmes, or large-scale business transformation
• Demonstrated innovative mindset and experience in pioneering new digital asset solutions
