Digital Marketing Manager | Banking | Perm | 40-50k

• Support the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels, including but not limited to online ads, social ads, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, content marketing and influencer marketing
  
• Analyze digital data from a variety of touchpoints and establish the growth models from concept to completion to measure success metric and drive actionable insights for improvement
  
• Establish campaign tracking mechanism to monitor the campaign performance in a timely basis
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage campaign progress and recommend modifications and optimizations
  
• Drive customer journey excellence of all digital touchpoints from marketing, lead generation and conversion perspective
  
• Conduct regular competitive reviews and market research
  
• Stay up to date with the latest media trends, think out of the box and share potential opportunities
  

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
  
• At least 7-8 years of marketing experience with digital, growth & performance marketing experiences in banking or finance industry 
  
• Experience in website development and content management is preferred
  
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  
• Proficient in GA4, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  
• Knowledge of admanGO, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio and Tableau is a plus
  
• All-rounded marketer with good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills. Self-motivated and pro-active, with passion and creative thinking, team player, attention to details, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadline
