Job description
Our client is seeking a Hands on M365 Engineer to join its Digital Workspace Operations team, with strong exposure to regional collaboration across Asia. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing enterprise messaging and identity infrastructure, supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage Microsoft Exchange infrastructure (on-prem / hybrid / O365 as applicable)
Oversee email flow, including inbound/outbound routing and optimisation
Manage and enhance email security components (e.g., gateways, filtering, protection)
Support and maintain Active Directory (AD) for authentication and identity management

Project Work

Deliver strategic transformation initiatives across messaging and identity domains
Participate in regional and global infrastructure projects
Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in Email Systems:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Email flow architecture
- Email security gateways
Solid hands-on experience in Active Directory:
- Authentication mechanisms
- Configuration and integration (beyond basic user access support)
Background in Financial Services (FS) environment
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (business communication)
