The Role & Landscape:

You will serve as the "Digital Blueprint Owner" for the enterprise's critical B2B channels, driving holistic engineering transformation rather than just managing a single project.

1. Engineering & Architectural Design: Own the architectural blueprint to build highly connected, self-service enterprise platforms utilizing modern cloud and microservice patterns.
2. System Integration at Scale: Oversee the complex web of external portals and API gateways, ensuring they securely and seamlessly connect to massive internal core processing systems.
3. Technical Delivery Execution: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of modern B2B tools and capabilities, translating high-level business objectives into concrete technical roadmaps.
4. Distributed Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional onshore/offshore development squads and vendor partners, utilizing your deep technical expertise to validate code quality and challenge vendor proposals.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Engineering Pedigree: 12+ years of technology delivery experience, transitioning from a hardcore Solution Architect or Principal Tech Lead background into a strategic leadership role. A top-tier educational background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline is highly preferred.
2. Core Technology Mastery: Deep, hands-on architectural knowledge of enterprise Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API Management ecosystems (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee).
3. Cloud Infrastructure: Practical, production-grade experience with AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD DevOps pipelines.
4. Leadership Profile: You are an engineering-first leader. You must be technically formidable enough to command the respect of Band-level Tech Leads, while possessing the business acumen to negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
5. Domain Agnostic: While financial services or B2B platform experience is beneficial, we are prioritizing pure technical excellence and delivery capability over specific industry backgrounds.
