Strategic Leadership: Originate, structure, and execute large-scale syndicated loan transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

Distribution Strategy: Lead the underwriting, pricing, and bookrunning processes to ensure optimal market distribution and risk management.

Investor Relations: Build and maintain high-level relationships with institutional investors, commercial banks, and private credit funds.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with coverage banking, risk management, and legal teams to negotiate complex credit agreements and documentation.
