Director - Product Implementation Support & Guest Facing Applications - Corporate office

This role will support the Vice President – Guest Facing Applications to create, maintain the standard shell configuration for key GFA systems and platforms - including but not limited to Cloud PMS, and for driving and coordinating continued program, new product deployment and upgrade initiatives of these platforms across the LHG Hotel portfolio.

Role Responsibility 

• To manage hotel implementation rollout according to set schedule


• Oversee smooth migration process from previous system to new 


• Conduct and review regular NPS surveys both post implementation and then ongoing with a quarterly cadence


• Establish follow up Hotel PMS health checks, leading to a training and refresher sessions cadence


• Working together with the project manager and Vendors to setup and apply LHG standards


• Analyse & document product feature requests, submit to vendor, develop and administer review and priority process


• Assist in administering and overseeing overall product roadmap for LHG


• Co-ordinate with Vendor/LHG Cust Success to produce and manage issue tracking


• Work together with the vendor in setting up all integration to 3rd party system


• Assist VP – GFA & CRM in creating, maintaining LHG Shell Configuration


• Oversee change management process for changes to shell configuration, inc. custom individual property changes


• Assist and support Loyalty Program & IT teams, LHG corporate functions in optimising existing/creating new integrations to Cloud PMS

• Primary degree that is technical, Hospitality industry related


• Technical product background – technical experience of working with key hotel industry systems


• 4 years’ experience with Hospitality Property Management System Products. 


• 2 year’ experience in System Implementation for new hotels 


• 1 year experience in Hotel Management role including Hotel Operations, IT Functions and Accounting 


• Experience at leading teams implementing corporate wide enterprise solutions


• Knowledge in Hotel Property Management Systems


• Knowledge in SQL, Java, AWS, SaaS tech design and ecosystems


• Knowledge in Opera Enterprise Products and Shiji Enterprise Platform


• Polished interpersonal and communication skills


• Independent, detailed-oriented, well organized and demonstrate a can-do spirit
