Our client, an ambitious international law firm with an established and fast-growing presence in Hong Kong, is seeking a Dispute Resolution Partner to join its regional disputes and investigations practice. The firm has a track record of attracting top-tier talent from leading global platforms and offers a genuinely collegiate, entrepreneurial environment for partners looking to build and lead a market-facing practice.

The successful candidate will lead complex, high-value disputes and investigations mandates for private equity, financial institution and corporate clients, with particular emphasis on contentious restructuring, insolvency and liquidation-related litigation, alongside cross-border commercial disputes and international arbitration. The role carries genuine leadership responsibility, including business development, team building and mentoring, with a clear pathway to a senior practice leadership position as the firm continues to expand its disputes offering across Asia.

Candidates should bring a portable book of business ordinarily expected in an elite global law firm and commercial dispute resolution experience gained at a top-tier US, Magic Circle, or major global law firm. Admission to practice in Hong Kong (or common law qualified with a strong willingness to requalify in Hong Kong) is required, along with an entrepreneurial, collegiate mindset and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships in the region.
