Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Traffic laws must be strictly followed, road safety is the first priority
• Ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner
• Ensure address and other transportation details are correct before journey commence
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
• Route planning in advance based on road and traffic conditions
• Good driving adaptability skill, adjust route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions as needed
• Listen to traffic and weather reports daily to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Ability to handle pressure and overtime duties
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking and is safe
• Perform car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and hygiene of the company vehicle
• Schedule regular car service and maintenance appointment
• Responsible for conducting routine check on company vehicles before daily departure, immediate report of any accidents, injuries and vehicle damage to office
• Identifying any mechanical issues in the vehicle
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use
• Maintain accurate log sheet for job time, usage and mileage record of the company vehicle

Requirements

• Valid driving license – HK and China
• Candidates with more than 5 years of driving experience and have worked as a company driver are preferred
• Clean driving record
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes (HK and China), candidates with driving experience in both mainland China and Hong Kong are preferred
• Punctual and reliable
• Good organizational and time management skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accept temporarily assigned tasks
• Ability to work for long hours and on weekends/holidays
• Cantonese, Mandarin and simple English speaking and writing
