Duty Nurse, Third Party Administration

Job Responsibilities:

• Approval processing (including medication, diagnostic and imaging, minor operation, surgical operation, admission, etc.)
• Liaise with client and provider on approval and procedure fee
• Answer provider enquiry hotline 
• Conduct case follow-up or investigation
• Answer both internal and external enquires from hotline or by email
• Assist in doing network Management
• Assist in claims processing
• Assist in maintaining protocol and providing medical knowledge training to staff

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance/HealthCare industry
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work in a team environment
• Strong sense at figures
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
