Position 維修技術員 / 設施工程員 (Maintenance Technician / Facilities Officer)

Location 香港（辦公室、中央廚房及零售門市）

Job Responsibilities

• 負責辦公室、中央廚房及門市設施的日常巡查、保養及簡單動手維修工作。
• 處理一般機械、電氣及水電線路的故障排除。
• 協調外判商及專業技術人員，跟進複雜設備（如冷凍系統、專業廚房設備）之維修。
• 支援新店開幕及營運高峰期的設施裝修與籌備工作。
• 確保所有地點之設備運作安全、順暢及高效。

Requirements

• 具備電氣、水電及一般設施維修的實務知識與經驗。
• 持有電業工程人員註冊證明書（A牌或B牌）或鍋爐牌照者優先考慮。
• 具備相關實務經驗但未持有電工牌照者亦歡迎應徵。
• 良好英語溝通能力；懂日常日語者更佳。
• 能即時或短通知期內到職者優先。

Our client is an established food and beverage group operating multiple facilities in Hong Kong. They are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee general upkeep across their office, central kitchen, and retail locations, handling day-to-day repairs while coordinating with external contractors for specialized machinery.

Position: Maintenance Technician / Facilities Officer

Location Hong Kong (Office, Central Kitchen, and Retail Outlets)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and hands-on minor repairs across office, central kitchen, and retail outlets.
• Troubleshoot general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Liaise with external vendors and specialized contractors for complex equipment repairs (e.g., refrigeration, specialized machinery).
• Support facility setups during new store openings and peak operational periods.
• Ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency across all locations.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
• Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or B) or Boiler License is an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant practical experience but without electrical licenses are also welcomed to apply.
• Good command of English; conversational Japanese is a plus.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
