Equity Capital Markets - Analyst to VP

Job Description

• Work primarily on ECM execution;

• Assist in assessing business opportunities with respect to ECM transactions;

• Run financial analysis as well as prepare proposals;

• Assist in gathering, evaluating and analyzing market data;

• Provide market updates to clients and handling clients enquiries;

• Arrange and coordinate investor presentation and roadshow events; and

• Coordinate with PR for production of presentation and roadshow material.

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder preferably in Finance/ Economics/ Business or related discipline;

• Minimum 2 years relevant ECM experience, preferably from well reputable Securities Firms;

• Ability to complete projects with limited support from senior;

• Strong financial background;

• Self-motivated, possessing initiative and ability to work independently;

• Strong sense of responsibility and team work;

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
