ETF Strategist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of ETF structures, underlying mechanisms, and investment methodologies
2. Conduct macroeconomic and market trend analysis to support investment insights
3. Produce ETF allocation strategies and asset allocation recommendations
4. Monitor ETF market data, identify promotional opportunities, and design as well as execute ETF marketing strategies
5. Create and manage ETF-related marketing content, including digital materials for distribution across niche and mass-market platforms
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to explore and implement diversified marketing approaches and innovative promotional models for ETF products
7. Support roadshows, client presentations, and strategic content development

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, or related disciplines, with 2–5 years of experience in ETFs, trading, research, or sales
2. Strong interest in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in online content operations (financial industry background preferred but not required)
3. Demonstrated capabilities in data analysis, content creation, and marketing strategy development are highly advantageous
4. Solid knowledge of public funds, particularly ETFs, is preferred
5. Proactive, innovative mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
6. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
