Event Marketing Manager - ICT

• Engage private and public sectors, communities, and industry stakeholders of different sectors to encourage and facilitate the adoption of our company's solutions and services.
  


• Identify needs and gaps where our solutions and services can be implemented and develop industry engagement strategies and marketing plans to drive adoption.
  


• Grow the member base and meet business targets through the implementation of industry programs, key account engagement, and a proactive business development approach.
  


• Act as the program lead for IoT and Healthcare solutions and initiatives, effectively planning and executing go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  


• Plan, manage, and execute ICT awards programs within the community.
  


• Ensure effective planning, promotion, and execution of events to enhance thought leadership, brand awareness, partner engagement, and lead generation.
  


• Drive traffic of target customers and partners to the company's showroom to strengthen market positioning and generate leads.
  


• Develop, plan, and execute programs to drive vendor partnerships and expand the vendor network.
  


• Contribute to the development of marketing collaterals, including industry guidelines, case studies, best practices, whitepapers, brochures, and other required materials.
  


• Support and execute special events and projects with external departments and third parties, including marketing program events and brand launch events, in a timely manner.
  


• Build and leverage strategic partnerships to create market awareness and foster business growth.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field. 
  


• 3-5 years’ experience in industry program (forum/seminar/webinar/award), business development, or marketing roles 
  


• Experience of IoT technologies and trends, as well as the healthcare industry landscape will be a huge advantage but not a must.
  


• Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of technology solutions and services in a B2B environment.
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  


• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
  


• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players and strategic partners.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
