About the Role

As an Events Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of events while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract negotiations and the preparation of Letters of Agreement.


• Assist in event planning and set-ups procedures.


• Liaise with clients and related internal Departments to ensure smooth communication.


• Provide administrative support to the Events Management Team.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.


• 1 year of events experience in Hotels with similar capacity would be an advantage.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
