About the Role


As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for event organizations, delivering exceptional client service.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Work closely with the COE Events Sales to maximize catering revenue through effective space management.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for events and catering sales.

  • Handle the full logistics of events arrangement and provide professional advice and alternatives to the guest for events and functions; well-communicate the requirements of events to all respective stakeholders.

  • Liaise and maintain a good relationship with all related parties to ensure the events logistics and payment are well-managed.

  • Provide competitive market intelligence and identify the potential customers.

  • Lead, manage and drive team members to achieve sales targets.

  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and to oversee their implementation.


 


About You



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.

  • At least 4 years of catering experience and proven records in handling large scales of events with full logistics arrangement.

  • Good communication and customer contact skills.

  • Revenue driven mindset and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
