Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform clerical and customer service duties relating to the following aspects:
(i) Undertake receptionist, public enquiries, patient registration and appointment booking duties.
(ii) Handle data and information access requests.
(iii) Revenue and fee collection.
(iv) Compilation of statistics and filing of patient records.
(v) Communicate with clients/patients.
(vi) Manage patient referrals, laboratory reports, and documents, including patient callbacks, filing, and record keeping.
(vii) Operate telephone, paging, and alarm panels when necessary.
(viii) Stores management.
2. To assist in data collection, data input, data analysis, and compilation of statistics reports and to prepare statistical tables, graphs and charts.
3. To assist in the collection and analyzing management information and in the preparation of management reports
4. To assist in day-to-day administrative functions, include maintaining stock and inventory, staff duty roster, and office facilities and equipments.
5. Handle word processing, typing and data processing.
6. Required to work in different locations.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. F.5 / S.5 with:
(i) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng & Chin; or
(ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(a) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
(b) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function;
OR
2. F.5 / S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience
Preferred Attributes:
1. Good PC skill in MS office, Chinese word processing, PowerPoint, Excel & Access.
2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
