Key Responsibilities\:   

1. Mainly deployed on general clerical duties in office relating to the following aspects\:    

   data input, general and store administration, telephone enquiry, statistics and research, patient registration and records, counter work and public enquiries and etc.    

2. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.    

Entry Requirements:

1. Completed F.5/S.5 with experience; OR    

2. Completed F.5/S.5 with\:    

           a)   Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B)  and Chinese Language, or equivalent;    

           OR    

           b)   5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below\:   

                     - Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and    

                     - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum  of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
