Pay\: HK$38,290 to HK$67,526 (HGPS Pt. 15 – 27) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and executive support to Cluster Quality and Safety Division, New Territories West Cluster. Upon recruitment process, selected candidates will be assigned to one of the following units depending on their qualifications and experience:

1\: Quality and Safety Office

(a)  Assist in coordinating patient safety issues and incident management.

(b)  Assist in coordinating and implementing the Continuous Quality Improvement Projects in cluster.

(c)   Organize meetings and maintain proper record of meeting documents and minutes.

(d)  Assist in coordinating training and briefing program.

(e)  Assist in coordinating the production of patient safety related newsletters, reels and posters.

(f)    Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

2: Patient Relations Office

(a)  Handle feedback and complaints from patients and relatives. Maybe required to

provide 24 hours on-site rapid support to clinical departments upon request, including Sunday and public holidays.

(b)  Assist in performing crisis management on incidents and medico-legal liaison.

(c)   Assist in coordinating Patient Focus Groups related activities.

(d)  Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirement:

1.       A university degree or equivalent.

2.       Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure:

1.       At least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience, preferably with previous experience in a hospital / healthcare Quality and Safety setting, or in hospital accreditation processes.

2.       Good experiences in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

3.       Either with:

(a)  Working experience in reels or video production, with proficiency in relevant computer applications and video-editing tools, OR;

(b)  Working experience in the field of Patient Relations in healthcare settings, who are able to work under pressure and stressful situations, including crises.
