Brief Job Overview:

As a teacher of Physical Education (PE) at one of our primary schools, you will be responsible for teaching and inspiring a passion for sports and fitness within our cohort of primary students. You will also work alongside our Lead PE Teacher to effectively deliver our fitness curriculum to our students.  This position will provide you with opportunities to lead school sports teams and coach students in specific specialist sports to further refine their skills.

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a Postgraduate

• Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE) 

• *iPGCE (assessment only) is not eligible for Teacher Registration status by the Hong Kong Education Bureau 

• An understanding of the PYP and the key underpinnings of the curriculum frameworks is advantageous

• Newly qualified teachers or teaching experience within a recognised educational institute

IMPORTANT NOTE: The iPGCE (assessment only) does not qualify for Teacher Registration status from the Hong Kong Education Bureau, which is a crucial requirement for teaching at an ESF school.
