FICC Compliance (40-60K), Chinese Securities

Your new company
We are seeking an experienced FICC Compliance professional to support the FICC and Equities business. This role will provide advisory and regulatory compliance coverage across Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities activities, ensuring alignment with SFC regulations and internal policies.

Your new role
Provide day-to-day compliance advisory to FICC / Global Markets trading and sales desks.

• Ensure business activities comply with SFC regulations, internal policies, and global standards
• Advise on market conduct, trade life cycle, suitability, and best execution
• Support implementation of new products, business initiatives, and regulatory changes
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and thematic monitoring
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk, and Front Office
• Assist with regulatory reporting, inspections, and enquiries
• Provide training and guidance to business stakeholders on compliance matters

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related discipline
  
• Require 5-10+ years of compliance experience from investment banks/Chinese securities, FICC / Global Markets experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of: Fixed Income, FX, and Rates products & SFC regulations and Hong Kong regulatory framework
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
