What your responsibilities will be

  Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade equipment and products.

  Provide customer support, including maintenance, and issue resolution, and data analysis.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  
  


• 
  
  Manage inventory and escalate technical or quality issues when needed.
  
  


• 
  
  Collaborate with internal teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  Bachelor's Certificate or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, automatic control, biomedical engineering or other equivalent qualification.
  
  


• 
  
  At least 3 years of experience in providing services in the medical device field is required. Those with experience in the field of blood screening or in the large-scale automatic equipment of the IVD industry will be given priority.
  
  


• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and Written, could communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin.


• Solid computer skills, excellent command in Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).


• Understanding of proper use and operation of electronic testing equipment.


• Ability to interface with internal and/or external customers smoothly.


• Willingness to travel which may include travel within country or overseas as needed and may sometimes be on short notice.
