Job Description

Partner with infrastructure and corporate functions to oversee expenses, headcount, and cost allocations
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business priorities
Perform variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization areas
Provide financial insights and management reporting to support decision-making
Support management accounting activities, including cost analysis and expense tracking
Improve transparency across non-compensation expenses and enhance reporting quality
Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Support ad-hoc analysis and continuous process improvement

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably within the financial services industry; candidates from Big 4 are also welcome
Strong understanding of finance functions, with sound knowledge of industry practices and business environment
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in data analysis and financial modelling (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
