Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain and update various investment schedules covering products such as bonds, structured notes, TRS, forwards, interest rate swaps, repos, and other related instruments.
Ensure timely updates of system data and perform reconciliation with Operations and Front Office records.
Liaise with internal teams-including Head Office, Front Office, and the Risk Department-to coordinate and respond to data requests.
Prepare ledger entries based on valuation system outputs and reconcile them with statements from external brokers as well as reports from Front Office teams.
Manage the brokerage business ledger and support financial reporting requirements, including FRR and stress testing.
Contribute to system enhancement initiatives and participate in related project work.
Produce monthly KPI reports and analysis.
Assist with additional tasks and assignments as directed by the team leader.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience within sizable financial institutions; Big 4 experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of a wide range of financial products, particularly bonds, derivatives, structured products, and repos.
Strong technical knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
Able to work independently; strong analytical skills, effective communication, good time management, and high attention to detail.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
