Finance Director opportunity with a well-established organization in the financial services industry, based in Central. The company operates within the banking and financial services sector and is recognized for its structured and professional environment.

Job Description

Owns overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting
Oversees governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit relationships
Supports business growth, new initiatives, and cross-border projects through financial analysis and modelling
Manages regulator-facing finance matters and senior external stakeholders
Leads and develops a high-performing finance team in a highly regulated environment

The Successful Applicant

Over 8 years of senior finance experience in financial services, market infrastructure, exchange, clearing, or banking
Strong Hong Kong regulatory and board-facing experience; China exposure highly advantageous
Professional accounting qualification (CPA / ACCA / CA)
Fluent English, Mandarin strongly preferred
