Job Description

Oversee IT operations, ensuring stability of trading systems and infrastructure.
Manage BCP/DR, data backup, user access control, and system availability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, and risk controls.
Identify and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks; handle incidents and root-cause analysis.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and vendor/SLA management.
Implement cybersecurity measures (firewall, intrusion detection, access control).
Provide IT support across infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, and end-users.
Lead and manage a small IT team.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years IT experience in financial services (securities/banking preferred).
Strong knowledge of trading systems and IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, networks (Cisco/TCP/IP), and databases.
Experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, and BCP/DR.
Familiar with financial regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
