About the Role

As a Fire & Life Safety Manager, you will lead all fire and life safety functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards while maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Fire & Life Safety (FLS) functions across the Hotel.


• Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate standards.


• Oversee the inspection, testing, maintenance, and operational readiness of all FLS systems and life safety equipment.


• Develop and implement fire prevention, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.


• Monitor fire compartments, smoke zones, and emergency escape routes to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.


• Conduct fire drills, safety training, and awareness programme to strengthen emergency preparedness.


• Maintain accurate compliance records, certifications, and safety documentation.


• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Engineering.

About You

• At least 3 years of solid Fire & Life Safety experience in the Engineering or Security Department of a Hotel, with sound knowledge of firefighting systems and equipment.


• At least 3 years of experience in conducting fire drills, fire hazard assessments, emergency preparedness planning, and workplace risk management.


• Possess SLIM certification and/or a recognized qualification or certification in Fire Safety Engineering.


• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and training skills.


• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
