Foreman (Residential) (Ref: 260000PS)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporation’s managed residential property including monitoring contractors’/workers’ performance for central air-conditioning systems, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment and general control circuits
• Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
• Handle related documentations and attend emergency repair as required

Requirements

• Craft Certificate or relevant certificates in a related engineering discipline
• A minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience

Remarks

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
