FP&A Manager (MNC, manufacturing firm, PowerBI/ Query focus)

The Company

We're seeking a Finance FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while strengthening our analytical capabilities across the business for our client. You'll be a key driver of cost allocation excellence

The Role

• Own FP&A planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead and optimize cost allocation models to ensure accurate departmental and project-level reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports/dashboards for executive and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, and Business leaders to understand drivers of performance and support actionable recommendations.
• Monitor trends, identify risks/opportunities, and communicate insights clearly.
• Support month-end and quarterly close analytics, ensuring accurate and timely financial results.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting

• Possession of HKICPA or an equivalent professional
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in financial management and financial analysis, preferably some audit experience

• Strong experience with cost allocation (modelling, methodologies, governance, and reconciliation).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills (or equivalent) with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese
